The British Pedal Car Grand Prix is a
two-hour endurance race, held on the closed roads of the pretty New
Forest town of Ringwood, in Hampshire. It is Ringwood’s answer to the
Monaco Grand Prix! The race is held biennially with another local
pedal car grand prix held in the nearby town of New Milton, on the
alternate years. |
|
The British Pedal Car
Grand Prix attracts a wide variety of pedal cars, from the deadly
serious racers to those that amuse the crowds. Each team is allowed to
have up to four pedallers and one pusher, and they can change drivers
as often as they like during the race. |
